Okay, what in the world does

00CC00, CC00FF, 3366FF, FFFF00

supposed to mean regarding colors??

I would have never gotten this one!! From kitkatfox in EG24:

The hint says
00CC00
CC00FF
3366FF
FFFF00

If you google 00CC00, you will find it is a hex color. Use a site like http://www.colorcombos.com/00CC00-hex-color to find that 00CC00 is green. Enter the others and find the code is

green,pink,blue,yellow
