Well, things do seem to stay where you let go of them but if you just move along, they go back in the items container.
can't seem to pick up anything other than a few things - keys that I did use, a box needing shapes and I can see shapes here and there but can't pick them up. Guess I'll hang it up ..
another game passed due to glitches.

I had to stop playing - that animated logo in the bottom right corner is just so annoying and distracting!

blue key and yellow key (both used), book (used), paper from book (used), 4-digit code (used to get triangle), and a lampshade (?) that just sticks around wherever I put it!
