4 mirror blocks 3 gems ,blue ,pink and green ,SD (used 2 times), coin, and hammer and all doors are open

missing one block : have six now

Have a white key and found a clue to the box in the kitchen but I can't figure it out. Now I have the sd and blue heart gem. Still can't get the box in the kitchen open. Never mind I got it. Now have

Y= 6 or 7 o'clock, P = 3 o'clock, G = 10 or 11 o'clock, and B = 10 or 11 o'clock.

But no. What are my poor, old eyes missing?
