                  The above reads like friends giving you directions to where to meet them and add "You can't miss it!" - so chances are you will drive around until you find someone who has heard of the place and let you know it is on NORTH street not South .. or what ever. So I will tread with care.

                  Just took a bit of time to find where to use one thing
                  out - perfect.
