The Room of Katarai Bench Escape is another new Japanese room escape game from Kanazawa Design. In this escape game, again you are locked in a room and you try to escape the room by finding items and solving puzzles.

I found an egg, and cracked it open with a cat head. The expression of the cat . Got some matches

One item. I followed directions - evidently not what "they" meant. LOL I have rearranged the room but someone comes in and puts things back when I'm not looking - is that you Tipper? See the need for an item. Obtuse comments ..

paper and egg - see red Y and gray B - and chairs and table spell MOM LOL

phone call ... phone call .. and I've found one more letter. and used an item I had for another item. Time for a porch break.

rearranged tables to match pic - but they don't stay. Hmm..

oh - should have looked closer.
Rats - game disappeared .. clicked something odd?

Back to where I was plus a couple of items and different letters.

egg (used), candle (used)- placed, matches (used), paper used and still have, screwdriver - used but still have, screw & key that appears to be missing something.

red herring? pushcart ..
something new for mainroom.

at last out .. whee! exhausted .. climbing and squating and lifting and moving
