Trouble with

dart wheel puzzle

Have clue and tried many combos, but no luck.

Finally got it. Out.

Number order is farthest from center to nearest to center, and also use the color/arrow clues for direction

That was...a bit short. I wish they'd added a sound for the dart game, so you knew, at least, you'd gotten the right numbers and directions.
