Jan's Room Escape 5 is another new Japanese escape game from Jan's Room. In this escape game, again you are locked in a room and you try to escape the room by finding items and solving puzzles.

Okay, I have managed to make that round wall in second view from the right to open up using the hints from the paintings....

order of the seasons

Before you can put in the numbers you'll first have to

push a red button on the right side of the round wall

I have found

piece of paper with a clue, screwdriver and something that I really don't know what it is

I am kinda stuck now so I'm gonna look for some more help

Have you seen the triangles, squares an circles?

Check the 4 shapes on the right pillar.
Then check the left pillar and look in what column the first (of the 4) shape is, then where the second shape is, etc..
Hard to explain but think of it like a clock (that did the trick for me).

most left column = diagonal left (one move)
second column = horizontal (two moves)
center column = vertical up (no move)
fourth column = horizontal (two moves)
fifth column = diagonal right (three moves)

edit:I am stuck in room 3 with the 16 digits on the big screen.

@Adventure...thanks for your help but I have no pillars in the first room at least, I'm not seeing them
I have seen shape things on a shelf in the round wall but no idea yet about what to do with them...

Oops. I thought you were in the second room. Sorry. My bad.

Look at the buttons and its colors that are on the panel, and then look at the bottles on the shelve.
Ignore all the bottles that don't the same shape AND color as the ones on the panel.

I do not understand your explanation for the shapes because I have only 4 knobs and you gave my 5 options
Maybe I am just a little bit too tired for this right now
After toying around and looking for more clues I have managed to get the most right puzzle with the 4 knobs working

2nd knob=1 time, 4th knob=2 times

but I have no explanation for my answer

@Yvonne, I gave all possible options, also the ones that weren't used. But I agree my explanation was not too clear.

hmm, odd, my solution for the shapes puzzle in the 2nd room was..

2nd knob=1 time, 4th knob=3 times

Either way, good job escaping this one.
