Hmmm, I am not quite sure, what to do here...

Hahahaha, thats funny. I let Chrome translate the page for me from Japanese to German. Now it says "Link zu dieser Seite sind kostenlos, Verbindungen von ِffentlichen Gottlosen verboten."
That means "Links to this site are free. Connections from public unholy prohibited"
