Puh...

I know that the picture with the stripes and dots and the sheet with the letters give me the code for the desk but I am just too dumb to figure out how...

Start with the topmost white dot. Is it on the third black stripe from the left? (It may not be, this is just an examle). Then look for the black letter that is the third from the left. Then look at the second top most dot. Is it on a red or black stripe? Is it on the first, second fourth etc. stripe? Then look for the letter in the corresponding colour and the corresponding position, that is, third black stripe from the left or the second red stripe from the left. After you account for all the white dots, you will have the answer
