crow bar and blood pressure cuff. I can get to the red car but I can't see the view you mention in your spoiler

EDIT: Found the way to open the red car

Use the blood pressure cuff followed by the crowbar

After that it was easy HOWEVER

All along I thought I owned the blue car. D'oh
