Nope. Disturbing, yes. Creepy, no.

Oh no no...It's not disturbing...it's perfectly normal...I find limbs under my cushions and coffee table all the time.

Ah, so that's were my right hand went. Just shake it all about and we can meet somewhere exchange limbs. I found a left foot, and think it's yours.

As an aside, if you go into the bathroom and

look to the left, there's a bathtub with a bar of soap. Pick up the bar of soap and place it in the toilet. Use foamy soap on the hand and you get the ring and the hand magically disappears (although it's still labeled "Hand with Ring"). Put the ring in the door in the opening scene, and you don't have to worry about it anymore. Sort of.

I had a hard time finding that

@Tipper: Sadly I found that one immediately.
What I have:

towel, soap (used), "clew" (ball of yarn?), hand with ring (cleaned and placed in door), magnet, s-video cable (connected to tv)

I noticed that

Madagascar is marked on the globe and I assume its part of the kitchen code but can't seem to use or combine any of the inventory. Also not sure what to do now that I've connected the s-video cable.

I really feel like I'm just one good hint away from being able to get myself out.

You need to use the kitchen code, posted above.

when you use the s-video, watch the tv, you will see a Phillie's mascot

phillie from madagascar

, then you get so peanut butter. Use that to catch a mouse with the towel, then you can combine the mouse yarn and magnet.

I had known the code but for some reason it wasn't working, then I realized that

I hadn't actually turned on the tv and seen the hint so it wasn't working
