Played most of this a couple of times and managed most but I'm still lost with the cell phone battery.

Edit: after working my way through the kanji I've managed to get out...

the lights will need to be moved all to the right, check the board, then angle the lights as red blue then green.

That should get the rest of you through this.

After looking in the 4 directions, have :

Half a paper, a kind a brochure/ad, a ring, a bulb (used but gave nothing) a cellphone (not an Iphone ;-), a hand mirror, a battery (used in what I thought was a charger) but also gave nothing intersting/usable

And now :

a LED lamp (used :-)

I think you have to use it out on the balcony (where there is reception).
