I've gotten a few complaints about the mute button not working, but no matter what computer, browser, or website I try it on, I can't duplicate the problem. If I don't know what the problem is, I can't fix it. Sorry it didn't work for you.Originally posted by MsInterpret View Post

Using FF, I could mute at first, but then it came back
