Trouble with outer ring of spining picture puzzle. Looks good to me. ???

on that i think the red leaf has to be at top and i just kept turning the outter ring last.

I'm out, with a lot of help. I'm no good at the numbers puzzle. Wish they'd stuck with the pyramids.
