Opened small box and now have 6 of 9 gems.
Had to get help for compasss clue; I wasn't getting it.

Replace 'R' in the word, with 'G'.

Used knife three times...need 1 more gem.

Click it to see inside.

Solved colour code; turned dials and now have last gem.
Moved gems as now have key....Out!
Very good game (never did use roman numerals?).
