Where did you get the phone chord from?

I'm not sure what's the phone card, but i think it's the white paper on the pillar...

Hello, what is the next step after i opened the 4 screws and i went from left to the right with the small square object i had too fix 3 wires. But what then???

Turn off the light you can see the arrows for the screw.
unscrew the four screws while the green is lighting.
