Out of nowhere it worked for me. Try 9 parts A and 1 part b and then the spoon. I am not promising anything.

Be warned, when you get the hand print cast on, it will make you wait a minute to cure (harden).

Stand in center of room. Click on cup. Click on A 10 times. Click on B 1 time. Click on spoon. That should work.

It won't work if you are standing directly in front of the hand print.

I can't find the card and I am unable to mix the silicone. I know what the mixture should be but I'm obviously doing something wrong. I click on the cup, then the silicone A 10 times, then silicone B 1 time, then spoon but nothing happens. someone please help me.

But the "silicon mixture" should happen. I just tried again, and it works, maybe you should try again?
