I'm stuck trying to get one more statue. I think

I need to do something with the painting above the desk. It moves, but nothing in my inventory seems to work, and I am unsure what to do. Please help.

There is also one puzzle I can't solve where

There are lots of little blue circles that make up a square. Nothing happens when I click on them, but maybe I need something to happen at the painting before that puzzle is activated?

EDIT:

Nevermind, I'm out. I had to search on another site. I had seen

the clue on the clock, but had tried drawing the roman numeral 3 horizontally. I should have tried drawing it vertically...
