Nicely made! The number and letter clue drove me crazy for awhile. I could only groan when I finally saw it. In German Ludo is also called "Mensch Arger Dich Nicht" - Man, don't anger yourself!

Look at the window. Zoom in on the castle middle. The skinny block on the left rotates to give you the letters
