@Nasmah - the letter code is in 2 parts.

one part from taking his temperature (thermometer is in the drawer with the color code.) and the other part from taking his blood pressure. Use the graphs to match the numbers from the readings and the corresponding letters = the code. (tip: use the thermometer letters for the first part of the code)
