burn the poster on the wall behind a baby
put the flash light into the hole on the wall
enter the storage room and turn off the light
now you see the numbers on the wall which is a cell phone number.
click the phone and make a phone call to the boss.
click the stairs and get a gray key
use the gray key into the keyhole of the door under the stove.
you find a new jar with milk

And the code on the floor is related to "shogi", a japanese chess-like game. You'll find what to do if you look "shogi" up in wiki, it's

how "K" and "G" move. And this is what you need to do

click all buttons around "K", and all except the right and left bottom corner around "G"
