Ah, when clicking the hand, it's hard to find the spot. Try right clicking and zooming in as far as you can go. By his finger, you'll see an odd line, that's the key. Click this ^^

I don´t get a ****! i´ve knocked out the computer-guy, noticed the numbres, klicked the fire-extinguisher like a ****in jew!! but nothing happends!

to unlock the handcuffs, you need to

"drag the key to the handcuffs."]

This is as far as I have gotten.
I'm still wondering about the scene with the man on the phone.
Not much has been done there.

Edit: just found out you can also click under each of the man eatings feet.
