I can get

"dunking" for the blue word but I'm still trying to figure out what to put in for the red word

I can't believe I spent so long on the 2 word puzzle.
I still relate it to the 'old' name....and always forget the name used today.

Flag on pillow....name the country, as it's now known.

I can't even find a hint for the 2 letter word nor for the other one
Can't find a place to use the crowbar, tried it on several hotspots but no go

I probably have forgotten that I have already used the crowbar
Found help for the words and am out now.
