Solved one of the 3 digit codes but that is all

Giving it a try...
Solved bottom-left 3-digit code, and I see bunny pointing.

Count up all coloured dots.

I see the bunny's arm and tried following it...now at 4 button code but it's not related (must be for later in game). Aha...got it and now have clue.

See main screen bunny order.

Tried and tried and tried to get top-left puzzle....Finally got it; I was trying to make it too hard....

Combine clue on paper with bunny counts on main screen to get order of corner....only enter dots from each corner cube.

Then could not get middle puzzle, so I 'guessed' at top right puzzle as I had 7 bunnies, from 7 of the 9 squares already and the puzzle gives starting position.
Out...but not correctly.
