Got a knife, 2 cotton wool rolls, a cylinder and a water tank
No idea what to do with my items
Tried to smash the glass of the cupboard with the cylinder and water tank but not working
Tried to use the knife on the cotton wool rolls but not working either
Only one scene which isn't making things easier

Found more items, a stand which I used and now I also have 2 medicine bottles and a glucose bottle
Stand is still in inventory so I probably need it again
Finally managed to zoom in on the bread and take an orange using my knife, used knife on orange and now I have half an orange with the cylinder
Dang, how clicky do you want this game to be....discovered a medicine cart and got a lot more items and a pair of scissors that I could use on the cotton wool rolls

Made it out but with help of a walkthrough
