q is not the 27th letter of the alphabet it is the 17th

I'm in.....used screwdriver and red container; I see codes given...plugged in keyboard.
Entered code in PC, opened drawer and received blue container. Used to see box code.
Pressed buttons as per blue code but box didn't open....?
Still trying....
