I'm not getting the supposed 'hints'...?

Look at broken light bulb, 32 appears add that to 4 digit code, then subtract 1111

Tried that and it wasn't working, maybe I will give it another go

I don't know what to expect after turning the bat
I don't get anything and when I zoom out I don't see anything different either
