Tried that but in my row there are only 5 signs and I need 6 so am I missing a set of signs??
I have seen 8 and 3 of them are in there twice

Finally understood the I II III box and there was my last set of signs...so like I thought before...I was missing a set and couldn't make a proper row.
Clear but only because of Timdogg's help with the picture, thank you
