I cant seem to get past the video tape. I've found two tapes, one is blank the other says it's clearly the wrong tape...not sure where to find another one.....

okay with your problem you need to find the the other key card, which is under the carpet by the elevator

once you find it, and inside ,click on the broken drawer and solve the lock thing
