Hmm. Just about out, but having trouble solving the "candy cane" puzzle in the room with the tree.

POP (Iguess they weren't candy canes, after all). Out.

Managed to get some puzzles done but stuck now

I'm in...got 2 letters so far.
I'm guessing the scrambled letters are not in english(?), still trying. Found a letter code.
Solved letter to pics and got list of reindeer.
Got 3rd letter. See Jesus poster.
Opened 'letter to colour' gift and received a gingerbread man1.
Haven't figured out coloured digit code yet...
Somehow I got a key (on floor under present)....was trying to ring bells (even though they don't move).
Solved coloured digit present and now have lighter.
Solved striped coloured present and now have gingerbread man3.
Used lighter again and solved fireplace puzzle.
Now to solve stocking colour grid....got it! I'm out.

Each column is as per colours on gingerbread man.

Thanks for the hint graywolf. I'm not sure why I was doing the colours from side to side!!
