Found help and I now have Congraturations too

I've got 2 pieces of paper (used one with clue, other one has pass# for something),found stick, 3 button thingy (that does nothing), not sure what to do next...
Used item to retrieve stopwatch - turns out 3 button thingy is a battery....see numbers....
Ok found safe on wall after solving pass code..

9 hours 43 minutes = 540+43=583 minutes.

Turn into minutes.

Set as per times on stopwatch...treat lines like clock hands.
