stuck at 3 digit chest...

Okay, giving this a try....I don't know, I see an awful lot of Japanese....
So far I have blue snake, key, remote and I see 3 digits.
Into 2nd room, found snake combo and opened door to kitchen.
Now have green snake and another key....(I see by fridge that a man lives here).
Also have pink snake...unlock patio door and used remote to get 2 more digits.
See 4th digit...seems I need to find 1 more snake for door code.
Used key to open door...now in foyer, upstairs and bathroom.
Found 2 more numbers and another key.
Opened door 3-shape combo...now have another number and 4th snake.

As per box on table in 1st view.

Unlocked TV cabinet to get another number.
I see I need colour order to place 4 snakes.
Found colour code, placed snakes and now have chest /w 3 digit combo.

Summary; I have 9 snake numbers and 2 other numbers.
I think I am stuck as can't read symbol puzzles... ?
Aha...found another remote...

Under carpet in 4 white door view.

Yes, I have 3rd number for chest....and now have blue ring(?)
Swapped ring for paper /w symbols(?).
Found #5 for front door keypad and blue key.

Look behind and above chest that had ring.

Opened upstairs room to get colour code/order and another number.
Had to seek help for the Japanese symbols.....Thanks E24!.
Entered the following into the large panel (/w 12 symbols) by door...

Enter like phone...4627#1...bottom-R button is #.

Now have red key, used in shoe cabinet to turn power on.
Installed #5...was close on number using upstairs colours, but had to seek help (colours are not distinct enough)....thanks E24!

Other than needing to know the Japanese symbols on the power panel, and the faded colours...this was an excellent game!

stuck at 3 digit chest...

I do not know the order because I used brute force to get it open. I used the numbers

Have green key unused and not getting the 12 character pad near the door, tried what graywolf wrote but is not working

The mappings for the 12-key panel are on the wall behind the guy sitting at the kotatsu (cozy table). The keys to hit are listed under the banner. Read vertically from [I]right to left.[/I

The snake (habi) color code has word habi underneath.

Graywolf did a singularly fine job for being at a linguistic disadvantage.
