Placed all turtles but green one, 11 numbers, 6 stamps.
Did maze (happy to see it was easy as I can't do these), found pieces for flower box, bookcase clue was unique.
Still searching....
Placed last turtle; entered combo....pressed 'ok' and now the combo screen seems locked...?
Reset some numbers and it worked....have my encryption device.
Rounded up pink turtle, then placed turtle and 4-B's and then flew away on my jet.

Good game, good graphics...not sure why the problem (maybe as I entered in stages and not at once?).

That's messed up: Sponge has an attack fighter and has to ride outside.
