Got the 2nd 2 codes, but a bit stuck on the 1-2-3 thing... and another number clue for the first one!

Got that with help from EG24, but giving up on this...

three puzzles done (got nothing) and an idea for the tree numbers thing but where to use ?

Turned on all three lights.....then looked for help.
I am not going to reset 3 times....next game.
