We are stuck after entering the code into the safe. Where you get a chart full of kanji and have to select a couple of them while some nice music is playing and a creepy black character/ghost is flying around

Well, I don't know how far you are. We have collected a lot of items (not all of them I guess, because there is more space for items), and somebody told the code to open the safe in the wall....

the answer for the situation is:

the name of the doll: えるな

and the rest is the dressing of the doll...

hair: 栗色(brown)
dress: 紅 (red)
accessory: 鈴 (a bell)

I break it....
