yes, I did.... I also restarted it a few times and with the same result...
the tv makes a strange noise, I'm pushing buttons like mad, but nothing happens....I also try just to put the code from your walkthrough, the box opens, but I can't brake the bulb without the no.2

If you use the crowbar on the picture left of the canvas, it will come off. Make sure you use it on the tags. Then click on it in Inventory and use the lighter on it. You will get an envelope.
