          Lousy navigation. Got to the fire alarm door, and got stuck.

                      Got stuck at bookcase door, refreshed, cleared cache, etc... still starts there.

                          I had no problems with the game.
                          Some puzzles were silly, and others were enjoyable....overall a very nice game!

                                  Game is buggy in FF and buggy in IE. Hangs at bookcase scene and fails the same way Sue9999 describes.
