Im stuck.

What is the purpose of the items on the note? I've placed them but nothing happened.

Flip and replace as shown.

Solved bat puzzle, then later found clue for it....great puzzle, but not easy.
Using utility knife was different. 'Swirly' circle was just a lucky click...I couldn't see it.

In coats/buttons...keep clicking.

I have found everything and now need to enter elevator code....used numbers from note, but it's not working...?
I think I'm stuck...
