Here's another walkthrough for you (I know there's one already, but I spent a long time on mine!)

First, find the cake. It’s behind the inventory bar.

Look for the hidden panels in the floor. The screwdriver is in the second light board from the bottom left and a note is in the second dark panel from left.

Pick up a beetle if it wanders across your screen. You don’t need it, but it’s always good to pick things up. After all, this is from Renegade.

Use the screwdriver on all of the screws in the ceiling. If you can’t get to one because of Spongebob press TAB.

Slide the panel open and get the balloons.

Slide a secret panel in the top right of the back white wall open to reveal another button.

Press the red buttons in this order: far right, one from left (in vase) one between those two (in pot) then I can’t remember.

Take the iPod.

Go to the ‘Win A Crocodile’ note that you uncovered earlier.

Type in Power Rangers just like that.

Use the cake on the gap between the teeth of the crocodile.

Take the football and use it on the yellow wall.

Use balloons on the black thing

Drag away the clouds then use the match on the sun.

Use petrol on the black thing.

Watch the cut scene.

Don’t bother reading the cipher and I won’t bother translating it. The password is ‘secret’ and you have to drag away a white area to get to it.

The ladder parts are: (1)On the instructions box, (2) In the very top left white part, (3)at the bottom of the door, (4)On top of the toilet, (5) to the left of the shower, (60 drag away the large white part on the wall to the left of the toilet and (7) Behind the blue piece to the left of the big white piece.

Click on the hole.

You’re Finished!

@Mami, It's for me too long ago to remember where I found the screwdriver, but there are two walkthroughs in this thread (post #158 and post #167). Hope they can help you out.
