I was in room 204, 202 - and i can't find it. I was in 103 - nothing. Maybe because i haven't got item 13?

I have three items. I got one from the bottom floor outside and another one from the beginning room, but I just now noticed that I got a third item after I went into the room with the lady in the red dress. Can anyone help me out?

Room 202, click on cage near "flower-stairs" = item 1
go out, and 2 x left, click on door 204 and guy = target 2
go back an 3 x right, click on door 201 and woman = target 1
go back, right, down and right, click on boy = target Nr. 3
give boy item 1, click again = item 11
click on bike with the thing for children (?) on it = item 3
click left and down, click on guy = target 4
go up and left, click on door 101 and old lady = target 6
go in and click on old man = target 7
go out and left, click on door 102 and woman = target 8
give her item 3 = target 3 is done!
go back and left, click on door 103 = target 5
go in, up and left, click on gray drawer = item 12
go out and 2 x left, click on white shirt = item 7
go back to room 102, go in and right, click on woman = item 7
go left, up and right, click on black box under TV = item 5
go back to woman and giver her item 11 = target 8 is done!
go out and right to door 101, go in and give old man item 8 = target 7 is done!
go out and down, give guy on street item 5 = item 2
go up (2x) and left to door 201, give woman item 7
go back and left, then back to door 201, go in and up, click on wooden door, click on girl, go back and right, click on chair = item 9
go out and back to room 101, give old woman item 2 = target 6 is done!
go out and to room 104, "give" door item 9, go in and up, click on red thing on bed = item 6
go back to guy on street, give him item 6 = target 4 is done!
"give" the white car item 12 = item 4
go up to door 204, give guy item 4, go right and then back, go in, click on the hidden red door in the corner (above laptop), click again and you`re in room 203, go left and click on flowers = item 9
go out and to room 201, give the girl item 9 = target 1 is done!
go to room 103, talk to the lady = target 5 is done!
go to room 204, talk to guy = target 2 is done!
Now go back to room 202 ------------ party!
