what the 2 gems are for? I also have 3 medals (green, yellow, purple), but where is the blue one?

When I look at the round metal plate in my inventory and try to use the ignition fluid on it, a message pops up that says "It is no use if just only this". If I try to use the matches on it it says "The fire doesn't attach only by the flame of a match". Does anybody know what to put in the plate to get the fire going? I think it's got something to do with the message that comes up when you click one of the books on the shelf, which says "It is variously in the strategy. The water attack... 'Make appear by heat' etc. are also", but I cant use any of these items with the bowl of water, so I'm stumped.

Do you mean the blue medal is on the table? I've lit the candle, put it under the lamp, but I can't find anything new on the table since I did that.

I got blue, green, yellow and purple.

I don't remeber what color where but one by book shelf another one by that yellow and black thing by the closet. one by the bear. and one i think near the water ans ashes.

I got a similar thing with different numbers. I think we need to open the box but i cant get it. How can it say take 4 steps left when you have only taken 3 to the right?

I reloaded the game a few times and I still get x[][]x with x being different numbers. As for the bear box, I've been wondering the exact same thing. I also wonder what the jumps and rests are for, as they must be significant somehow.

maybe jumping meens you have to click the same square more times? but what's with the rest than ? Also noticed a dot on the folding screen.. does it meen something?
