Ok, I've just finished plugging every combination of the two numbers I have into the second lock with no avail. Doesn't seem that the lamp numbers correspond to that second lock outside of luck.

what about the blank white paper from the book shelf, Is there any way to get numbers from that?

Restart the game and if it still doesn't work, shut down your browser and load the game again.

That's odd. At the top of the screen you should see two blue triangles: one pointing left, one pointing right, and a third pointing down at the bottom right of your screen. If they aren't there, you may be missing some key plug-in to make the game work, or you may just need to refresh.

Back to the problem of the two locks. I've discovered that the first two numbers of the left lock always seems to be

32

. Its been that way for the past several times that I've started the game. In fact, I managed to open that lock by putting those numbers in first and then guessing the next two without ever using the candle.

if you open the right one first you get iron sand then it shows you the number

i just went through all combinations
have opened the bear dance box now and got the arm back on him not sure what now though
