Out, but I'm not sure how I got the first box open

I solved both boxes and see the colours; but it's not working.
The 4th ball doesn't change, so I'm confused...?
I know I'm looking at the clue; just to figure it out....
Got it...that was hard!!

Tap on ball as per back of paper...it's like morse code.
