I lost my ladder

still have ladder but don't know where to use it - can no longer get gems - had lithograph but apparently haven't now, haven't a clue about the passwords for the computer - any help would be much appreciated
used

brush on lithograph to receive password

found trouble spot but don't know what to do
Now repaired spaceship and put out fire and refuelled but now don't have password
Aah Returned safely - but not sure how

Good game but a few bugs To get Gems, one has to use the wrench before assembling the ladder.
