Completely missed that spot for the black key and I have been going over and over all the things in all the rooms

I have placed sand dollars, opened 3x3 box, see clue for arrow box, but the '"arrows won't turn"....????
Playing in Chrome, replayed, tried in IE (won't load)....I don't know what problem is....

I now have white key, now gold.
Found sneaky coin, placed gems and out /w 50 coins.
