Now have the number clue sorted (it's not maths) but can't do the picture - I just can't understand the shelf and book clue at all

Ok thanks Kzin - I now have the picture open

and have key

- I was making it too complicated

Now need second key for desk

look for double or triple numbers ...don't use them
