Cute one... the first two of the shape clue were a guess though...

There's a bug in this game. 1st time I went L and items I took did not go into inventory.
Replaying; went R this time and working ok so far.....placing shapes as I find them.
Tip: you can 'drag' also.
Green note supposedly relates to tub combo....doesn't make sense to me; had to get help.
Out....didn't see msg as replaced too quickly /w ad.
