Placed 3 parrots and 2 coins...not sure what to do about water dials yet.
Entered time and 3rd gate opened.

On top of rock /w gear & lever near house.

Have all coins now, placed 1 eyeballs, need 5 more and yellow button clue.
Aha....see water fountains; have paper and now more clues.
