How about Taking a Break Escape is another Japanese point and click room escape game by Kamotokamotokamo. In this game, you are locked in a room and you try to escape the room by finding items and solving puzzles. Good luck and have fun!

Have 2 trees; placed.
Opened two 3-digit combos. Stuck; had to get help...

3 combos, even though 1 is unknown relate to the 3 dots buttons...instructions state press 1 to 9 (you have 6 of the nine numbers (combos) so you can guess the missing 3....eg/ dot '1' is pressed on #1, #3, #7 as per the 3-digit combo.

I know have 3rd tree and clue to 3rd number...

Inside back of top cupboard.

Have bird, key and out. Nice game!
