Tough one Save often

Have binoculars and see many numbers but not even getting colour code...?
Got colour code, used wrench and SD...

Colours as per 4-digits in middle drawer.

Opened grid puzzle and now have rasp.
Used rasp and modified item.
Now have all three lights turned to green in middle room.
I see the clue for the levers, but just not getting it...?
Maybe I'll come back to this later, but giving up right now as I'm stumped....
